NexOS Intelligence, LLC operates Pana (nexospana.com), an AI-powered travel planning platform. We are based in Hawaii, USA. Pana helps travelers discover adventures, pack intelligently, and travel with a companion that learns from every trip.
When you use Pana, we collect certain information to provide and improve the service. This includes account information such as your email address and name, provided via Google or Apple OAuth or magic link authentication.
We collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and session duration to understand how the platform is used. Your travel preferences — destinations, packing history, and experience interactions — are stored to personalize your experience over time.
Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers. We also collect basic device and browser information for analytics purposes.
Your data is used to personalize travel recommendations and packing suggestions, improve the Pana AI companion's learning and accuracy, process Panamania subscriptions and payments, and send transactional emails such as receipts and account updates.
We use analytics tools including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage patterns and improve the product.
Pana relies on the following third-party services to operate: Supabase for authentication and database, Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics for traffic analytics, Microsoft Clarity for session replay and heatmaps, and Vercel for hosting.
We participate in affiliate programs with Amazon Associates, GetYourGuide, Viator, Booking.com, Skyscanner, REI, and SafetyWing. We earn commissions on bookings and purchases made through affiliate links on Pana. These partnerships do not affect the prices you pay.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate the platform and provide the service.
Pana uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion request, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Pana is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
