By accessing or using Pana (nexospana.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Pana is an AI-powered travel planning platform operated by NexOS Intelligence, LLC. The platform consists of three core components: Valve for adventure discovery, Atrium for intelligent packing, and Pana for AI-powered travel companionship. We also offer Pana Race, a sequential challenge route feature. The service is designed to help travelers discover, plan, and execute better trips.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Pana offers a free tier with 2 total uses across Valve and Atrium. The Panamania subscription is available at introductory pricing of $2.99 per month or $24 per year. This introductory pricing is subject to change to $4.99 per month or $49 per year upon full launch.

All subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Pana includes affiliate links to third-party services including Amazon, GetYourGuide, Viator, Booking.com, Skyscanner, REI, and SafetyWing. We earn commissions on purchases and bookings made through these links. Prices are not affected by our affiliate relationships. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or their terms of service.

Pana's AI provides suggestions, not guarantees. Travel recommendations, packing lists, and companion advice are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or complete. Users should independently verify critical travel information including visa requirements, safety advisories, health precautions, and booking details.

You agree not to abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or make unauthorized automated access to the Pana platform. You will not use the service for any illegal purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Pana, NexOS Intelligence, Valve, Atrium, Ka Walu, Pana Race, and Panamania are trademarks of NexOS Intelligence, LLC. All content, design, code, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by NexOS Intelligence, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

NexOS Intelligence, LLC is not liable for travel outcomes, third-party service failures, AI recommendation accuracy, or data loss. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall NexOS Intelligence be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
